Price notes:

  • In case of a binding reservation, 50% will be paid as a deposit by transfer to the account, the rest of payment will be paid in cash at the property.
  • On the day of arrival, a refundable deposit of € 100 is also required.
  • Included in the price are fees for electricity, water, heating, wood for the fireplace and the basin, recreation fee and use of the summer swimming pool in the summer season.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellation of the stay more than 20 days before the reservation date is a cancellation fee of 0 €.
  • Cancellation of stay 14 to 20 days before arrival is a cancellation fee of 25% of the price.
  • Upon cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price.
